Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients of age group from 40 years to 70 years of either sex. 2.Patients having sign and symptoms of Sandhigatavata (Osteoarthritis) 3.Patient signing the consent form. 4.Sign and symptoms of Sandhigatavata (Osteoarthrits)- (A) Sandhishula (Pain in joints) (I) Pain in resting condition (II) Prasaarana Aakunchana Vedana (Pain in movements) (B) Sandhishotha (Swelling in joints) (C) Sandhigraha (Stiffness in joints) (D) Sandhisphutana (Crepitations in joints) (E) Sparshaasahyata (Tenderness in joints) (F) Vatapurnadritisparsha (Feeling of air filled bag on palpation) (G) Hantisandhigatah (Loss of function)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below 40 years and above 70 years of age of either sex. 2.Patients suffering from other forms of arthritis like Rheumatoid arthritis, septic arthritis, gout, traumatic arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. 3.Patients suffering from other chronic illness like Diabetes mellitus, hypertension, cardio-vascular disorders and endocrine disorders. 4.Patients suffering from paralysis and mental illness. 5. Patients not giving consent.
