Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Class III malocclusion with maxillary hypoplasia. 2) Patient giving consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Unwilling to give consent. 2) Adult and non-growing patient. 3) Patient exhibiting pseudo-class III due to presence of functional shift. 4) Class III skeletal base due to prognathic mandible. 5) Patients with craniofacial syndrome exhibiting maxillary hypoplasia. 6) Patients with craniofacial anomalies, symptoms of TMJ disorders that would require surgical intervention. 7) History of maxillofacial trauma.
