Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Painful restricted movement of LS spine SLR test positive patient will be taken on basis of sign and symptoms of kantisandhigata vata

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Carcinoma of lumbosacral plexus uncontrolled HTN and DM,potts spine Pregnancy,HB less than 9gm%,reactive for HIV HBSAg,fractured vertebra, congenital anomaly
