Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ETT culture positive for MDR gram negative bacteria No associated co-morbidity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient suffering from COPD,Asthma,cystic fibrosis Patient suffering from renal,hepatic or cardiovascular disorder ETT culture positive for fungal infection ETT culture positive for gram positive bacterial infection
