Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients undergoing CIED insertion

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal by the patient. 2. Allergy to local anesthetics. 3. Bleeding diathesis. 4. Anticoagulant or anti-platelet therapy. 5. Chest wall deformities. 6. Rib fractures.
