Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients of either sex with age between 18 and 60 years. (2) Willing and able to participate in the study. (3) Patient having signs & symptoms of Amavata w.s.r Rhumatoid arthritis with fullfilling Diagnostic criteria. (4) Chronicity: less than 10 years. (5) Patient fit for Virechana Karma. (6) Patient fit for Basti Karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients having severe systemic illness diseases like cardiac disorders, Carcinogenic condition. (2) Patients below 18 year and above 60 years. (3) Pregnant / lactating women. (4) Chronicity: more than 10 years. (5) Patient not fit for Virechana Karma. (6) Patient not fit for Basti Karma. (7) Patients having Gouty arthritis.
