Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Consent from the parents 2.Preterm babies of gestational age � 32 weeks and birth weight of less than 1.5 kg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Lack of consent 2.Major congenital deformities or interventions that contraindicate supine positioning

Argenta classification system ,Cephalic index , cranial vault asymmetry indexTimepoint: week 1( within first 10 days of life) and 4 (28 -35 days of life), at discharge and at 3 months (between 12- 25 weeks) corrected gestational age.
