Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Elite male soccer players 2) Participants who are involved in matches or train for a minimum of 4 hours per week and minimum of 3 times in a week in the sport 3) Who are temporarily willing to withdraw themselves from their routine core stabilisation workouts/training until the study is completed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Participants with present or previous neuromuscular or musculoskeletal injuries which are affecting the lower extremity functional performance
