Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult males/females with coronary angiographic proven with or without Coronary artery disease. Coronary Angiographic proven CAD defined as lesion or stenosis more than 20% in any coronary artery. Coronary Angiographic proven without CAD defined as lesion or stenosis less than 20% in any coronary artery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Rheumatic Heart disease, Cardiomyopathies,pericardial diseases,peripheral vascular disease and Congenital Heart disease.

Association of cardiac biomarkers {SRC,VCAM1}level with echocardiographic indices.Timepoint: Quantify biomarker and the echo parameter on the 1st day of patient admission.
