Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Pratyatma Lakshanas(Cardinal features) of Vatarakta & also with symptoms of Gout, fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of ACR Guidelines will be included in the present clinical trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient of Vatarakta associated with any systemic disorder such as Diabetes, Hpertension. Patient with any other severe arthritis condition (such as Rheumatoid arthritis, Septic arthritis ) will be excluded from study

Effect of treatment on symptoms like sandhi shotha (joint inflammation), sandhi shoola ( joint pain), daha (burning sensation), twak vivarnata( skin discoloration), suptatha (numbness)Timepoint: done at baseline and at each follow at interval of 15 days till the end of 2 months
