Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ALL HEALTH CARE WORKERS STAFF AND DOCTORS WHO TAKE CARE OF THE PATIENT IN TRAUMA ICU. 2.ALL CRITICALLY ILL ADULT PATIENT WITH DIAGNOSIS OF TBI OR POLYTRAUMA PATIENT ADMITTED IN TRAUMA ICU.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.PERSONNEL HAVING ALLERGY TO ALCOHOL, CHLORHEXIDINE OR ANY CONTENT OF SUPER OXIDISED WATER. 2.HEALTH CARE STAFF OR DOCTORS HAVING ACTIVE INFECTIONS OR FEVER. 3.ATTENDER OR HCW NOT GIVING CONSENT
