Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individual presenting with one or more missing teeth in the mandibular posterior region, requiring a crown or Fixed partial denture. 2. Adequate width and height of bone for placement of appropriate size and number of implants. 3. Well healing/healed edentulous sites with minimum of 2mm of soft tissue thickness 4. Patients willing to participate and to attend the planned follow-up visits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Medically compromised patients where surgery is contraindicated. 2. Patient with poor oral hygiene and/ or suffering from periodontal disease. 3. Insufficient bone quantity and poor bone quality. 4. Inadequate quantity and quality of attached mucosa. 5. Edentulous sites with insufficient prosthetic space. 6. Patients with history of para-functional habit, smokers, alcohol or drug dependency.
