Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. BMI â?? 18-23 Kg/ m2 2. Health status: Normal healthy individuals 3. Fasting blood glucose: 70-100 mg/dl 4. Freely consented to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects taking medication known to modify glucose metabolism. 2. Without family history of diabetes 3. Not suffering from any illness or food allergies.
