Inclusion criteria: All patients more than 18 years of age, suspected to have Chronic kidney disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with pre existing heart diseases such as congenital heart disease Patients with sepsis Pulmonary obstructive and restrictive diseases HIV infected patients Chronic liver disease Connective tissue diseases Hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism Post renal transplant patients
