Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients who are willing to participate in the study. 2 Patients between age18 and 60 years. 3 Patients who sign a written informed consent. 4 Type II diabetes Mellitus, diagnosed on FBG according to WHOcriteria and on stable doses of Oral Hypoglycemic Agents for last three months a Fasting venous whole blood glucose b 2 hours post blood sugar c HbA1C 5 Patients with normal liver and renal function test and normal ECG.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Pregnant and lactating women. 2 Patients with concomitant severe heart, liver or renal diseases. 3 Patients with type I diabetes or uncontrolled type 2 diabetes with complications and/or on Insulin. 4 HIV, HbsAg and HCV positive patients. 5 Patient on some other herbal medicine.
