Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed cases of Hypothyroidism on the basis of Serum TSH, T3 and T4 levels. TSH level above 4.5 mU/L up to 100 mU/L Total Serum T4 level less than 4.5 to 12.5 ng/dl Total serum T3 level less than 80 to 220 ng/dl 2. Patients having clinical features of Hypothyroidism. 3. Patient indicated for Virechana and Nasya. 4.Patient willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with any chronic and severe systemic disorders like IHD, CVA, Goiter, Uncontrolled Diabetes, CRF, Active malignant disease etc. 2. Pregnancy and lactation. 3. Patient contraindicated for Virechana and Nasya.
