Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18-60 years Patient who provides consent Elective cardiac surgeries with LVEF (left ventricular ejection fraction) >50%. ASA 1,2 and 3patients

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Paediatric patients Patient refusal to provide consent for study Emergency cardiac surgery Reexploration surgeries Patient allergic to study drug Patient on any antidepressant ,antipsychotics, history of adrenal insufficiency Pregnant patients Patients having history of drug abuse
