Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of either sex in the age group 18-65 years. 2. Patients with HasÄ?h al-Kulya (Nephrolithiasis) as diagnosed by USG (w/a) with calculi measuring up to 10 mm (single or multiple) with or without any of the following symptoms: 3. Wajaâ?? al-Khasira (Dull Pain in the Loin) 4. Siqlâ?? al-Khasira (Heaviness in the Loin) 5. Bawl al-Dam (Haematuria)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Renal Colic, Hydronephrosis. 2. Patients having Impacted stones 3. Previous history of stone surgery 4. Patients with signs of renal failure 5. Patients having systemic disease requiring long term treatment like Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension etc. 6. Pregnant and lactating women
