Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Non- gravid- non menopausal females with age 25-45years. 2. Patients with Heavy menstrual bleeding as indicated by PBAC score of 100 or more
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with irregular and inter-menstrual bleeding. 2. Patients on Anticoagulant or Anti platelet medication. 3. Heavy Menstrual Bleeding with structural abnormality (e.g. fibroid, polyp etc) with symptoms such as inter-menstrual or post-coital bleeding 4. Patients presenting with Heavy Menstrual Bleeding since menarche up to 3 years. 5. Patients with a personal or family history suggesting a coagulation disorder. 6. Patients using OCPs and IUCD. · Patients with illness requiring long term treatment e.g. Hypertension, TB etc. 7. Patients with thyroid disorder. 8. Patients with BMI >30 9. Patients with Heavy Menstrual Bleeding taking Hormone Replacement Therapy. 10. Patients with severe anemia (Hb% less than 7g/dL)
