Inclusion criteria: ASA-I AND II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HYPERTENSION ,DIABETES,COPD, ISCHEMIC HEART DISEASE, PTS ON BETA BLOCKER ,HEART BLOCK,CASES OF BASELINE SINUS BRADYCARDIA,ALLERGY TO STUDY DRUG,BMI >30,PREGNANCY ,DIFFICULT AIRWAYS,EMERGENCY SURGERIES.
