Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To estimate and compare the levels of IL-1β in the PMICF post immediate and delayed (after 3- week cooling period) loading in cases requiring canine retraction by indirect loading method.Timepoint: In 7 visits at 0th, 1st, 21st, 22nd, 43rd, 72nd and 120th day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To quantify the release of IL-1β in the PMICF . 2.To compare the levels of the biomarker. 3.To compare the results of biomarker quantification of immediate and delayed loading methods.Timepoint: In 7 visits at 0th, 1st, 21st, 22nd, 43rd, 72nd and 120th day
