Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: chronic non healing ulcer of more than 6 weeks due to leprosy and diabetes and venous ulcer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: age below 18 years size more than 5x5 cm pregnant and lactating woman underlying osteomyelitis patients in sepsis malignancy bleeding disorder platelet below 1 lakh patients on anticoagulant medication uncontrolled diabetes mellitus malignant ulcer

To evaluate the reduction in ulcer size over 5 monthsTimepoint: Follow up at every 2 weeks for first 2 months then monthly till 5 months
