Intervention1: Chhedan karma in bhaganadra ( complete fistulectomy): After chhedan karma total duration of treatment will be noted according to the standard operating procedure in fistula on alternate

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Selection of patients will be irrespective of age ,sex , religion economical and educational status patient having sign and symptoms of bhagandara , Single track fistula,low anal fistula ,track length upto 5 cm, cooperative patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 18 years and above 60 years of age,Immunocomprised patient , patient with high anal fistula track length more than 5 cm, patient with multiple anal fistula, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus , non cooperative patient
