Exclusion criteria: Dislocation of shoulder joint Fracture of Shoulder Complex Any systemic disorder as like malignancy of shoulder brachial neuralgia Prolapsed intervertebral disc osteoarthritis of cervical spine cervical rib syndrome Pregnancy and lactation mother Nasya anarha
