Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from Janu Sandhigatvata (O.A. of knee joint) 2. Patients with the age group 50-70 years, irrespective of sex, religion, occupation, socio-economic status will be for study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients of Diabetes mellitus, R.A (Rheumatoid Arthritis) positive, Gouty arthritis, Gross Knee Joint Effusion. 2. Other Diseases like Paralysis, Parkinson’s disease, cardiac diseases, renal diseases and endocrine diseases, severe Anemia, and Malignancy, 3. Pregnant and Lactating females 4. Known cases of secondary O.A. due to T.B., Syphilis, AIDS, Leprosy etc. 5. Patients contraindicated for Agnikarma and Jalaukavacharan as per classics.
