Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from subclinical hypothyroidism.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Menopausal female, Pregnancy, Lactation, Drug- induced hypothyroidism, Endocrinopathy, Neuropathy, Chronic Inflammatory diseases, Patient on anti- inflammatory drugs, Inability to perform yogic asanas, Yoga intervention within the last 6 months
