Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients in age group of 18-45 yrs with regular cycles (21-35 days) with MBL > 80 ml for 2 out of 3 consecutive cycles,Patients with PBAC score >100 & endometrial thickness upto18 mm, Patients with pelvic pathology (Polyp, uterine fibroid, adenomyosis)

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Systemic (HTN,DM) & endocrine diseases (thyroid dysfunction),Bleeding disorders,severe anemia (Hb
