Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group of 20-45yrs; Adult males and females present in and around Manipal and Udupi district.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adults (20-45yrs) who are overweight due to underlying diseases or causes.(Example: Hypothyroidism, PCOD, etc.); Adults (20-45yrs) suffering with iron deficiency anemia due to underlying diseases or causes (Example: Chronic Kidney Disease, Irritable Bowel syndrome, Trauma, Accident, etc.); Pregnant and lactating mothers; Adults who do not belong to the age group of 20-45yrs; Patients that are immunocompromised, suffering from terminal illness like HIV, cancer or those who are under medical treatment.
