Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of both gender, aged >=20-60 years. Patients with grade I and II Haemorrhoids confirmed by proctoscopy with any of the associated clinical symptoms such as rectal bleeding, constipation, mucus discharge and anal itching.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe systemic disorders like DM, HTN, Severe Anemia. Haemorrhoids with fistula in ano.Pregnant and lactating mothers. Fissure in ano.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome measure is a response to treatment, achieving complete cessation and reduction in severity of per rectal bleeding at the end of treatment.Timepoint: befor and after treatment 0 day and 21 day

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary measures are the response to treatment, in reducing pile mass and proportion of patients achieving cure in other symptoms of haemorrhoids.Timepoint: befor and after treatment 0 day and 21 day
