Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sarcopenic according to AWGS cut-offs modified according to Indian Normative Data. 2. Consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Critically ill or unable to undergo detailed examination 2. Withdrawal of consent 3. Subjects with pacemaker or any other metallic implants (C/I of BIA) 4. Conditions which can affect follow up: severe OA knee, severe dementia, severe neurological disorder like stroke with poor functional status, chronic kidney disease on dialysis, chronic liver disease or heart failure with more than 1 hospitalization in past 1 year, history of recurrent exacerbation ( > 3 in past 1 year) of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
