Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Day 2 to 7 postpartum Hb between 6to 9gm / dl Serum ferritin Patients willing for follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Anemia in failure Acute maternal illness Pulmonary Edema History of allergy to injectable iron Bronchial asthma
