Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All gender subjects within the age group of 18-30 years. 2. Asymptomatic individuals. 3. Subjects willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Red flags for manipulation: 12 a. spinal fracture b. infection of spine c. tumor d. osteoporosis e. cervical radiculopathy/myelopathy f. cervical surgery g. history of whiplash 2. Positive extension rotation test 3. Vertibrobasilar insufficiency 4. Fibromyalgia 5. Hypermobility
