Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group is 25-60 years, Presence of similar horizontal bone loss and probing pocket depth >= 5 mm in contralateral quadrants will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of any systemic diseases. Pregnant or Lactating women. Recent history or presence of any acute or chronic infections. History of any drug intake including antibiotics, analgesics or any other drugs 3 months prior to the study. Undergone periodontal therapy in the last 6 months.
