Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Traumatic lower thoracic spinal cord injury patients with paraplegia. 2.ASIA grade A,B,C. 3.At least 3 months post spinal cord injury.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with unstable spine. 2,Patients with non traumatic spinal cord injury with progressive conditions. 3.Patients with severe co morbidities. 4.Patients with pressure sores grade 4,5
