Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 60 ASA1 & 2 Adult patients belonging to either sex undergoing elective surgical procedures in supine position with supraglottic airway device placement for two hours or less duration

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with mouth opening less than 2.5cm,any history of cardiac or renal insufficency and risk of aspiration of gastric contents.
