Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with periodontitis having intrabony defects and who are systemically healthy are included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of periodontal surgical treatment. 2.Pregnant / lactating woman and smokers. 3.Poor oral hygiene and failure to comply with the protocol.
