Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patient age between 30-60yr -Patient with chronic pelic inflammatory disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Patient age less than 30yr or more than 60yr -Patient refusal -Patient on anticoagulation drugs -Patient with coagulopathy
