Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: First and second degree internal hemorrhoids. Patients ready to paticipate and sign the informed written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Ca Rectum or anal canal, External haemorrhoids, thrombosed piles. Patients with systemic illness like Uncontrolled DM, Uncontrolled HTN,HbsAg reactive, HIV positive patients. Pregnant and lactating women and patient with Haemoglobin Patient with impaired cardiac, hepatic and renal function
