Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: evidence of primary lateral elbow pain for at least 4 weeks. positive mills test pain severity 30 to 70mm on VAS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: elbow pain with neck pain recent steroid injection or aniinflammatoy medication elbow surgery history fracture of upper limb
