Intervention1: Clindamycin loaded injectable GTR gel: 10% clindamycin loaded injectable GTR gel(polycaprolactone(polymer) and dichloromethane(solvent) in ratio of 60:40) and followed up at 3 months &

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group is 25-45 years. 2. Minimum 20 permanent teeth should be present. 3.Presence of atleast 1 site with Periodontal pocket depth >= 6mm & CAL > 3mm 4. Evidence of angular defects as determined by IOPA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemically compromised patients and those on medications (corticosteroids/ Bisphosphonate) that may interfere with wound healing. 2. Pregnant women and lactating mother. 3.Active periodontal treatment with in last 6 months 4.Smokers 5.Patients allergic to drugs
