Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)corneal ulcer size of 2mm to 6mm 2)smear and culture positive for bacteria and fungus 3)patients willing for inpatient care

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)suspected viral keratitis 2)suspected acanthamoeba keratitis 3)corneal thinning of more than 50% 4)pregnant woman 5)history of previous collagen cross linking 6)patients who are unable to understand and give consent
