Inclusion criteria: Participants with neck pain and diffuse arm pain, with or without radiating symptoms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with established diagnosis of local musculoskeletal tissue pathology Post-operative cases which will limit detailed neuro-musculoskeletal evaluation Participants with diagnosed central nervous system involvement Participants post traumatic brain injury
