Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Infants coming for cleft lip repair 2. ASA 1,2 patients
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Diabetes, anticipated difficult airway, allergy to local anaesthetics or fentanyl.

Intraoperative fentanyl consumption, total volume of inhalational agent used as well as the total duration of surgery will be noted at end of surgery. RBS will be checked immediately after induction and then hourly till end of surgery | — |
