Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: S.TSH level above more than 4.25mIU/mL Patient eligible for Koshtha Shuddhi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Chronicity of hypothyroidism more than 10 year, Secondary Hypothyroidism, Hashimoto thyroiditis • patient having history of Hyperacidity or pre-dominant Pitta Prakriti or bleeding disorder or peptic ulcer • Pregnancy, lactating mother, • Ischemic heart diseases, uncontrolled hypertension, myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular event, cardiac arrhythmias, • active malignant disease, , acute illness like infection, psychosis • Patient age below 20 year and above 60 year of either sex. • Patients not eligible for Koshtha Shuddhi
