Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1st 2nd & 3rd degree hemorrhoids. Hemorrhoids with bleeding pain or itching Fissure in ano with bleeding pain or itching Pre surgical patients of piles and fissures

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Congenital haemorrhoids 2 Fibrotic anal stenosis 3 4th degree hemorrhoids 4 Complicated hemorrhoids viz- thrombosed etc 5 Secondary hemorrhoids or anal fissure (associated with systemic diseases) 6 Fistula-in-ano 7 Ano rectal abscess 8 Severe anemic patients (Hb% 9 Concomitant severe decompensated systemic disease (cardiovascular renal hepatic endocrine hematological neurological immunological) 10 Unwilling patients
