Intervention1: Yoga and Meditation and epilepsy surgery: Yoga and Meditation practices for 3 months and 6 months pre-operative and post operative state respectively for the intervention group Control

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Drug resistant mesial temporal lobe epilepsy A radiological diagnosis of MTS Willing for surgery and the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Drug resistant neo-cortical, temporal plus or extra- temporal lobe epilepsy No MTS on MRI or having neoplastic and vascular lesions Not willing for the surgery/study Previously operated cases
