Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Bharatanatyam dancers who 1. have a minimum of 5 years of dance experience 2. practice dance at least 2 days a week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Bharatanatyam dancers who 1. have a known history of respiratory/cardiac diseases/conditions 2. have a history of injury or surgery in the past year 3. have practiced other forms of Indian classical dance
