Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Hoehn and Yahr stage 2 to 3 2. Duration of symptoms of PD of at least 3 years 3. On stable dosage of anti-PD medications for at least 6 weeks 4. Having motor fluctuations, either in the form of wearing off, dyskinesias or both, in spite of optimization of medical therapy for PD, based on the tolerability and affordability of various drugs
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cognitive deficits (Mini-mental status exam score 2. Patients who have undergone any type of surgery for Parkinsonâ??s disease 3. Patients who are unable to attend the Yoga sessions for the entire duration of study 4. Patients who have severe spondylotic disease or arthritis which may prevent them from undergoing Yoga sessions 5. Patients who are unable to perform the Yoga 6. Patients without a suitable caregiver
