Intervention1: Amritadi Churna: Amritadi churna 3gm TDS with luke warm water for 3 months with follow up of 1 month interval Control Intervention1: Piroxicam: 20mg orally once a day for 3 months

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients of RA fulfills the assessment criteria EULAR 2010 Both sero-positive and sero-negative cases of RA Patients of both sexes and middle age group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient below 18 years and above of 60 years 2.Patients having severe ankylosed joints 3.The patients of RA with major complications 4.Patients of RA having other infective and non infective joint disorders. 5.Patients having severe degree of deformity & complications. 6.Pregnant & lectating mother
