Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Duration of diabetes greater than one year 2. Physically inactive (RPPA- rapid assessment of physical activity <6 score)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of other chronic complication of diabetes 2. Presence of any other cardiovascular, pulmonary, musculoskeletal and neurological disorders which can affect study variable 3. Hypertension greater than or equal to stage II
